Delivery Information & Returns
All orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time. If this timeline cannot be met, the customer will be informed of the delay via the email on file.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- FedEx (preferred carrier)
- Canada Post
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS/Canada Post mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location from one of our various warehouses or directly from the manufacturer. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we reserve the right to hold your order until complete. You will be notified of the back order and you will be given the option to have the portion of your order that is in stock with the shipping charge for those items. When the back ordered item(s) becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order with the associated shipping charges.
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

Complete the eurocollective Product Return form CLICK HERE to request a Return Authorization Number and the address of our closest warehouse facility. When approved, please Include in your package a copy of the reply email/ return form, along with a copy of your original receipt.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling or return shipping that you paid on the order.
If your item is in As-new condition, it may be able to be exchanged for another item of the same value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but the return shipping and shipping of the exchange item is the responsibility of the customer.
